To our Heritage community,
As we pass through the trials of this time, we think continually of each of you, your children, and community as a whole.
We care about each of you and we would like to know how you are doing. All of us are having to deal with the unknown and a future that appears insecure. At the same time, we are having to take extreme precautions with our personal health and care in the keeping of our homes and our families. Here at Heritage, we are working hard on many fronts to ensure that our program can continue to serve the community.
Whether you are practicing Safer at Home or are continuing to utilize our services, our options for operating a normal scheduled school program may be constrained. However, other opportunities present themselves and in both cases we definitely have the capacity to be of service to you. Heritage is maintaining essential staffing so that we can remain vital and in operation while continuing to be of service to you. Currently our services continue to remain available to you virtually – remote learning (Seesaw), email communication, and registration/enrollment consultations.
Additionally, in these uncertain times, Heritage has a totally new set of needs that we feel call for a broader scope of focus. We have been working through the broad range of COVID-19 issues that apply to many ECE programs in the county, and handling this fluid situation on day by day basis. You are not alone.
For all of you at Heritage, at this time, we are focusing on the following: Connection, Communication, and Support.
We will be available daily to connect with you, or to provide you with any support you might need. You may call us at our main office phone number at 209-322-3698 to leave a message, or email us. You may just want someone to talk to, or you may have a specific question. Any reason for contacting us is fine. Additionally, every two weeks, or more frequently if called for, we will be touching base via email to connect and to find out how you are doing.
In our contacts with you, we will be providing you information that may be helpful in navigating the pandemic. Included here is the Stanislaus County Department of Public Health:
http://www.schsa.org/PublicHealth/pages/corona-virus/ on COVID-19. And if you provide us information that you think we should have, we will be happy to share it with others as well. In this way, we can all contribute to the well-being of our community.
As we all endure the COVID-19 pandemic, we may have information that is helpful for you and/or your child. We are happy to share our experience and learning or just to listen and help you think through any issues you may be working with. Please reach out, we are here for you.
Our Heritage community is strong and are walking through this unprecedented time together. We hope through this, you feel a little less isolated and know that we are here to support you. We look forward to being in communication with you.
All the best,

2020 fall registration
Now is the time that we will be accepting wait-list applications for Fall 2020. So please be sure to inform me if you are wanting to make any changes to an existing schedule or enroll siblings.
We will be unable to hold spots throughout the summer, unless those spots are being paid for. This way, we can accommodate families that are already enrolled; who will have priority in changing days, adding days, or enrolling siblings as spots become available.
*Enrollment packets are available for pick-up in the office
