As part of the fabric of our emergent and project-based curriculum, we take a "whole-child" approach in order to create long term success in not only school, but in life.
In late SPRING we offer ways we can partner with our families in sharpening and refining the skills suggested by OJUSD for incoming kindergartners, to ready and build upon their already existing skills, and academic knowledge. |
We have created 3 different opportunities for creating excitement, readiness, and enrichment for our students entering Kindergarten:
Kinder inquiryThis project creates excitement and readiness for our kiddos who will be transitioning to Kindergarten.
|
enrichment folderThese folders are filled opportunities for your child to practice the basic skills that Kindergartens would like your child to have exposure to.
|
enrichment campAn option for families who would like to have their child strengthen their readiness skills before starting Kindergarten.
